Any person assigned a course in the platform — employees, contractors, or external participants. Bands are based on total assigned learners per year.
Can I start with Tier 1 and upgrade?
Yes. Your data, completions, and certificates carry over when you upgrade. We handle the transition.
What is included in Tier 3 pricing?
Tier 3 is scoped per engagement — integration complexity, data volumes, and evidence retention requirements vary. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Are there bands below 500 employees?
