AI Literacy in Practice
In 3 h 18 min, employees learn what they may share, what they must verify, when to escalate and who owns the final decision. The shared method reduces repeated review and helps stronger AI uses move with clearer evidence, safeguards and ownership.

After the course
Employees bring the same five questions to product ideas, vendors, workplace tools and customer work, so a decision survives beyond the meeting where it was made.
One shared method gives product, legal, technical and business teams a faster way to agree on what deserves to move.

Complete curriculum
Nine modules and 42 focused lessons move from a shared AI language to better product, workplace and governance decisions.
9 modules · 42 lessons · 3 h 18 min
Understand why AI output can be useful, variable, plausible, and wrong at the same time.
Connect data choices and evaluation methods to product quality and affected people.
Choose the simplest technical approach that fits the decision, workflow, and consequence.
Turn an AI idea into a testable product decision with clear value, boundaries, and ownership.
Match evidence and human review to the importance and reversibility of the decision.
Recognise foreseeable harm early and select controls that address the actual failure mode.
Connect legal and policy responsibilities to the way the organisation actually uses AI.
Apply one repeatable decision structure to a realistic cross-functional AI proposal.
Learning experience
Learners answer before the explanation, decide in context, receive specific feedback and apply the same reasoning to a workplace decision.

One lesson shows the practical habit behind better AI use: treat generated output as raw material, then check it before it moves forward.
Article 4 and evidence
Deliver structured learning, test understanding and retain a named completion record for every successful learner.
Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025. It requires measures that support AI literacy while taking account of knowledge, experience, training and use context. The Commission does not require a specific certificate, and this course alone does not establish compliance.
Read the Article 4 guideEvery successful completion creates a verifiable certificate and a company record of the course, assessment and completion date.

Questions
Share one AI use case or policy challenge. We will prepare a short micromodule showing how Governance School would turn it into practical workplace training before you consider a wider rollout.
No generic discovery call required. Start with the work.
Give us one AI use case or policy challenge, plus your company and cohort size if known. We will return with a relevant micromodule or practical first-cohort plan.
