AI Literacy in Practice
Give every team the judgment and shared language to challenge unreliable output, stop unsafe data use, clarify ownership and surface weak assumptions before they create rework, delays or lost credibility.
From €79 per learner per year
Where value leaks
The company buys tools and launches projects, but each team interprets what it may share, what it must verify, when it should escalate and where the tool stops. The result is repeated review, avoidable delay and less return from AI.
Sensitive data enters the wrong AI tool.
A routine prompt can move customer, employee or company information outside approved systems.
Confident output reaches a customer unchecked.
A fluent answer becomes product copy, advice or a reply before anyone verifies the claim and its source.
A team repeats work legal already reviewed.
The same AI question returns in a new format because the original decision was never turned into a usable rule.
A useful project stalls between functions.
Business, product, legal and security use different tests, so nobody knows what evidence will move the idea forward.
Nobody owns the final AI-supported decision.
The tool produces the output, but approval, escalation and monitoring remain unclear when the consequence appears.
The company cannot show how staff were prepared.
When a customer, auditor or authority asks, scattered awareness sessions do not explain who learned what or when.
The hidden cost
One project can look valuable to business, feasible to technology, restricted to legal and risky to security. If those tests only meet near launch, the company pays twice: first for the project, then for the iteration needed to make it usable and defensible.

Generative AI teacher
Course Tutor helps learners clarify a lesson without opening an unbounded chatbot. It answers from the assigned course and approved sources, points back to the material and refuses questions outside its educational scope.

Grounded answer
Name the person who reviews the output, can stop the use and owns the final decision before the result affects someone.
Answer boundary
The result
Five shared questions expose weak assumptions before expensive iteration. Useful ideas reach the right evidence and owner faster, while unsafe or unsupported uses stop before they damage trust.

Built for every team
Lessons, videos, on-screen content, transcripts, quizzes and assessments adapt to each published language while completed lessons and certificate progress stay unified.
* AI voice delivery with lip sync.
Completion evidence
Article 4 requires providers and deployers to take measures that support staff AI literacy in light of their knowledge, experience and use context. The course gives you a structured baseline, an assessment and a named completion record.
A course certificate records completion. It does not by itself prove Article 4 compliance. Your wider programme should reflect roles, systems and real use contexts.
Every successful completion creates a verifiable certificate and a company record of the measure taken.

Company rollout
Import a roster or connect Personio, assign the right people, send individual links, follow completion by team and retrieve every record. We configure the first cohort with you so administration does not become another AI project.
