Why I built it
I created Governance School after seeing how little support companies and employees received from existing training. Dashboards gave administrators little control. Courses compressed complex duties into generic slides and a completion check.
A legal breach can cause serious harm to a company, its customers, and its employees. Training should prepare people to recognise the risk, make a sound decision, and leave the company with a reliable record of the programme it delivered.
That is the product I set out to build.
